Click on the previous link and follow the directions to complete your membership, i.e. renewing member or new member. You will need to print out the following pages and turn them into your Bayou Bandits administration:
- Waiver and Release page (parental signature required)
- Medical History Release Form
This cost is included in your Bayou Bandits dues.
