Online Registration: USAvolleyball player membership
Click on the previous link and follow the directions to complete your membership, i.e. renewing member or new member. You will need to print out the following pages and turn them into your Bayou Bandits administration:
- Waiver and Release page (parental signature required)
- Medical History Release Form
This cost is included in your Bayou Bandits dues.
A one time fee will be charged for each player of every age group. Fees will cover the following:
a) Membership to USA Volleyball
b) Team membership to USA Volleyball
c) Insurance
d) Uniforms
e) Tournament entry fees
f) Fee for the facilities
g) Instruction & Coaches
h) Administrative
Fees:
Gonzales Bayou Bandits: $400
Houma/Thibodaux Bayou Bandits: $400 – *Please note the payment will be by cash or money order only - NO checks!
